Hit and Run Motor Vehicle Accident Leaves Motorcyclist in Critical Condition.

Otilia Hubbard has been charged with leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident involving personal injuries, which is a felony.  The warrant is in Buffalo County, New York. 

The motorcycle accident from which she allegedly fled took place on the evening of November 21, 2012.  Hubbard stands accused of hitting motorcyclist Daryl Ruesch’s bike as they both traveled westbound on Highway 30 that evening.  After her car collided with his bike, she left the scene of the car accident.  He remains in critical condition at Kearney’s Good Samaritan Hospital.
