Fatal Worcester Car Crash Inquest Open Next Week.

An inquest is due to open next week to investigate the death of a 67-year-old Worcester woman killed late April in a three-car crash. Police are still asking community members to come forward with any information they may have on the deadly crash that occurred between the Air Balloon Roundabout and the turn-off for Birdlip.

The three-car crash involved a white Nissan Quashqai driven by a 67-year-old man, a Grey BMW 3-series driven by a 48-year-old Surrey man and a blue Vauxhall Astra driven by a 29-year-old Surrey woman. The BMW and Vauxhall were both traveling towards Cirencester, with the Nissan traveling in the opposite direction. The 67-year-old passenger of the Nissan was taken to the hospital with serious injuries, where she died three days later. Police are opening the inquest next week, but are looking for witnesses to come forward with any information they may have.
